CAMERAS AND LENSES

My current camera bodies are a pair of Canon EOS40D at 6.5 frames per second and the ability to shoot up to ISO3200 these are great cameras for sports work. (I keep an EOS10D body as a back up)

As most of my work is sports photography, my 'killer' lens of choice for outdoor sports is the Canon EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6L IS USM telephoto lens and the fast EF 135mm f2.0 L USM prime lens is ideal for indoor sports.

For flash work my typical set-up is to use a 580Ex Speedlite (Click to read review)as a master with a 420Ex as a slave.
